Do you know what is wrong with many churches? No fire. And because there’s no fire, there is no power.
Imagine a factory with mighty wheels, pistons, conveyor belts, chains, hoists, and everything, and yet the factory is cold and dead. To fix the problem, somebody says, “Maybe we need to install some beautiful windows and put a big sign out front. That’ll get it working.” But, nothing happens. Then somebody says, “Wait a minute. Let’s check the boiler room.” And there, they discover that there’s no fire!
So many churches have programs, but no passion. There’s no Holy Spirit fire moving through the people! Acts 1:8 says, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”
It is not formalism, facts, or fashion. It’s fire that ignites the power of God.
With space for personal reflections, prayers, and insights, this journal guides you through key Bible passages illuminating the path from Calvary to the empty tomb, inviting you to meditate on the Scriptures, pray, and write as you grow in faith.
