Some very good people may not have thought this through. I am absolutely convinced that alcohol has wrecked more lives and more homes than any other drug. So, why would Christians want to play in the devil’s backyard?
Too many believers want to see how close to the world they can live so they won’t appear to be different. The social drinker is playing with fire. He or she needs to get off the fence and take a stand for Christ.
I would ask any social drinker to sincerely pray about this matter.
