Nowhere in the Bible does it say how many wise men visited Jesus. Tradition says three, but that’s based upon the number of gifts that were given to Jesus by the wise men. Whether these wise men, or magi (Greek word magoi rendered as astrologers), were kings or people from the courts of Babylon; whether they were 3 or 300, the Bible does not say.
